Case Histories
As with any product, the success of the customer is the determining factor for success or failure of the product. Here at Stanley Filter we encourage our customers to inform us of the results they have obtained using the Stanley filter. Here is a sampling of the input that we have received from satisfied customers.
Crane County, Texas
Well #376 estimated 4800 BPD. The pump was set at 3400 feet without a filter, it ran for three weeks. Customer installed 60 feet of 2 3/8 in. fiberglass filter. After three months the customer pulled the pump and the filter for visual inspection. The pump was inspected by a factor representative and met factory specification. The filter was clean and both filter and pump were run back into the well. After a second run time of 11 months the filter and pump were pulled again. The customer had to clean out over a hundred feet of fill. The pump was still good and the filter was partially loaded with sand.
Well #374 a rod run tubing pump. Customer was not using a Stanley Filter in this well, pump was being pulled once a month, customer ran a Stanley Filter and did not have to pull this well for 12 months.
This customer has run over 30 filters in one field. Their personnel have informed us that their pulling cost alone has decreased by 40.9%.
Ward County, Texas
Before the installation of a Stanley Filter the customer was having to strip this well once a month. After the installation of an Stanley Filter, the customer did not have to pull the well for 14 months. After pulling, the customer cleaned out the downhole fill, changed the filter element and reran the same pump back into the well.
Ector County, Texas
A customer was pulling this 5000 foot well without a Stanley Filter every 4 to 6 weeks. After the installation of a Stanley Filter the well was not pulled for 12 months and then only because of a hole in the tubing. The pump was checked and after changing the filter elements the pump and filter were run back into the well.
Andrews County, Texas
Another customer was stripping a well once a week without a Stanley Filter, after the installation of a Stanley Filter the pump ran over one year without a pull.
Western Oklahoma
An ESP well producing 7000 BPD was trashing a pump every six weeks. After installing a Stanley Filter ESP application the well ran for 11 months and produced 2,310,000 BBLS before the customer changed the filter.
California
A Customer with a well that was pulled after 42 days installed a Stanley Filer and did not pull the well again for 720 days.
